Our 1/72 Lancaster PE sets are now going off for etching, and should be available in about 3 weeks.
The sets, loaded with relief etching, are designed to fit both the Hasegawa and Airfix kits. Here's a peek at what you'll be getting, and what they will cost:
PE 7225, Exterior Details,
priced at 8.08 Pounds, includes details for the undercarriage wells and complete well box for the Airfix kit, engine radiators, radiator shutters, rear crew entry door and ladder, control surface horns, various antennae, bomb door end plates etc.
PE 7227, Interior Details,
priced at 11.70 Pounds, includes includes a navigators table and instruments for the WO and Nav, flight engineer's panels, WO and Nav Seats, pilot's seat, main instrument panel, handrail down in to bomb aimer's compartment, bomb aimer's panels and bomb sight support brackets, Elsan toilet and the half bulkhead that goes behind it, the rear turret ammo boxes and the long ammo feed tracks, strings of ammunition in both calibre's for all the
turrets, seat harnesses, and more. It also includes insturment dials on clear film to place behind the instrument panels.
PE 7228, Bomb Bay Interior, priced at 11.02 Pounds, includes replacement sidewalls and cable runs, end bulkheads, centre plate, bomb cradles, bomb fins, etc.
PE 7229, Wing Flaps, priced at 11.02 Pounds,
includes the main flaps, and the wing wells complete with ribs and cross plates.
