Mike of Lone Star sent this news letter to me. He always has a few things going and here is an update!
"Greetings to all at Aeroscale
Sorry to be so long again between e-mails. The Nationals really kept me busy in the lead up to the event. We had a successful show as always and I really enjoyed getting to see so many new and old friends. I had an issue prior to the convention with th white metal parts for many new items and as result only the new 1/48 XB-42 was released. I was however able to showcase the upcoming 1/48 F9C Sparrowhawk kit.
I have located a new metal parts caster an he says he can produce these parts. I am sending them off this week, so cross your fingers! These parts will be for the 1/32 Travelaire Mystey Ship,
1/32 Heath Baby Bullet, 1/48 F9C, 1/48 Caproni Maroni Scud,
1/48 GO-9 and the 1/32 BFC2 conversion.
I received news on the above today that the metal parts should be here in two weeks.
In other good news the reprint decals for the 1/72 X/Y B-52 kit have arrived so this is now available again. See my site for price and photo.
I have just completed my first year in my new work shop! Sure wish I had been able to do this 20 years ago.
I have not forgotten the 1/72 scale guys. The F-15 firebomber is finally about ready. Just need to tweak the instructions a bit. Below is the resin fuselage with the new tank fitted. It just slips into place but adhesive is recommended. Included in this set will be the fuselage, cowlings, new square tipped props and hubs , intake scoops and decals. $35.00

The 1/72 B-25 gun packs $5.00/set of two Now available.
Another addition to the aircraft from the movies in my catalog is a 1/48 Arctic C-47/R4D conversion for the Monogram kit. It should work on the Trumpeter kit as well. Decals for Tropical Tilly from The Thing and Que Sera Sera are included. Pictured below is the ski master set under construction. $35.00 Available soon.
