BSh-1/PS-43 "Vultee V-11 in Soviet Union"
Soviet Union tried to buy suitable licenses for products, which could restrain technical backwardness of its economy.
They bought production license for cars, engines and aircraft from USA. One of them was Vultee V-11. The Red Army Air Force really yearned for armored ground assault aircraft. Therefore the license produced aircraft got armoring but became overweighed and slow. Thanks to these problems they were assigned to a civil company Aeroflot for mail and 3 passengers’ transport.
The kit contains two sprues of grey plastic parts,
vacu-canopy and resin parts. The decals’ options are for 2 Aeroflot machines and one Red Army aircraft.
