A new release from Revell Germany:
The Su-27 Flanker is known worldwide as one of the best fighters.
It has a spectacular maneuverability which is achieved among others by modifications to the wing leading edge. By pushing strong engines, the Su-27 is to perform in a position the legendary Cobra maneuvers with ease.
The air superiority fighter was developed as a counterpart to the F-15 Eagle and put into service in 1984. After 1991 stopped the modernization program of the Su-27, only by later export successes the development was continued.
End of 2004, the first Su-27 SM were then delivered to the front air forces.
The AL-31 FM engine now produces 13.5 tons of thrust, Maximum speed: Mach 2.15 8t in 10,000 m height, weapon load.
