I like. Looks good. But what's with the panzerfausts?
JUN 26, 2016 - 04:31 PM
Wow Yeah... Panzerfausts? I'd like to see where they are in the directions. On the plus side, it may make this kit eligible for the proposed Tank Hunters campaign. Is this the same plane that James Garner and Donald Pleasance were flying in the movie The Great Escape? Gaz
JUN 26, 2016 - 05:18 PM
Yes Gaz. And there are images of Bu181's with Panzerfausts mounted on the wings post-2568-1196515952 by Darren Greenwood, on Flickr

Here's a nice story about those original Tank Busters on our fellow website => LINK

Wow. Who woulda thunk it? Gaz

Yeah, it looks only marginally more sophisticated than opening the window and throwing grenades out. I wonder if "Bucker" relates at all to the 4-legged panzerfaust launcher in your tank busters thread?? Cheers, D

I think this fits the bill for the Campaign, Damian. So, do you think you'd rather build this than the Hawker IIC? Lol Gaz
JUN 27, 2016 - 03:03 AM
this luftwaffe aircraft is unknown for me. maybe was advance trainer of the pilots candidates.
JUN 27, 2016 - 03:22 AM
Yes it was a trainer and was also used on Liaison duties
