A 10th Anniversary Offer...**
It is hard to believe that this summer marks the 10th anniversary of SkyGrid Studio's in-house book and decal publishing imprint, Aviaeology. How time flies! To mark the occasion the following discounts are in immediate effect from now through the next 10 days (ends at midnight, 22 July 2016) on in-stock items:

* 5% discount on and all single-item Decals 'n Docs (full sets, generic codes and serials sets and airframe stencil data sets not included) orders and single-item Aviaeology book orders.

* 10% discount on all multiple-item Decals 'n Docs (full sets, generic codes and serials sets and airframe stencil data sets not included) orders for 2 to 4 sets.

* 15% discount on and all multiple orders combining at least 2 Aviaeology books, or 1 book and at least 2 Decals 'n Docs set.

* 15% discount on all multiple orders combining at least least 5 Decals 'n Docs sets.

* An additional 5% discount (up to a total of 20% in consideration of the above) will be applied to any and all orders from existing customers who maintained their November Releases Programme pre-orders with us through the extended delays we had experienced along the way. The patience exhibited by all 384 of you leaves us humbled and grateful. Thank you!

* With a Canada Post labour dispute related service disruption looming and the continuation of mail service uncertain, we were forced to courier the final five dozen or so non-domestic pre-orders packages to our associates in the USA, Linden Hill Imports, who were kind enough to send them on. Some customers may experience another week or so delay in the arrival of their packages because of this. With the the threat of a disruption lifted for now, we have resumed shipping orders destined for Canadian addresses, and ongoing non-domestic orders.

** The final Anniversary Offer Discount amount will be applied to the order when it is ready to ship. This amount will be refunded, together with any shipping overcharge (SOP with our combined-shipment eBay Shop orders), once your order is packed and ready to go.

Jessica, I just placed my order for their Mosquito Mk VI 418 Sqn sheet #1. To bad that they weren't included in their sale. But I'm just glad that the Canadian Postal Service agreed to stay at the bargaining table and not go on strike. It still so hard for me to think that the Canadian Gov't would allow such a thing. Here in the States, they're an official branch of the Federal Gov't, and therefore can't strike. Joel

Canada Post used to be the Royal Mail, but they got privatised by a previous Government in 1981 to "save money". They're what we call a Crown Corporation, which is a sort of arms-length company but still ultimately owned by the Government. Of course none of that prevents the work force from belonging to Unions and engaging in collective bargaining. In this instance, it was the Corporation threatening a lockout rather than a strike, by the way.

Jessica, That's even worse. But so far both parties are at the bargaining table, which is a good thing. BTW, my decals were shipped today. I got a .74 cents refund as the exchange rate changed in my favor. They also sent me full color PDF file of the decal instruction sheet. That's just amazing service. Joel
