Hataka have released three new paint sets covering Modern Portuguese, Modern Luftwaffe and Israeli modern jets.
HTK-AS60 Modern Portuguese AF paint set vol. 2
After the long and costly Colonial War the Portuguese AF (FAP) urgently required modern aircraft. The successor to the F-86F appeared in 1981 in the form of A-7P Corsair lI (at that time FAPs role in NATO was Tactical Air Support for Maritime Operations). It also meant introduction of new colours (based on US SEA scheme) onto many FAP aircraft (from elderly Ginas, Alouette IIs / IIIs, Alpha Jets, to the most recent AW101s). F-16 entered service in 1994 and became FAP's first true interceptor since 1980. In 2010 the first of five P-3C Orions (purchased to replace the six P-3P) entered service in overall Light Gull Grey.
HTK-AS60 includes standard colours of Portuguese aircraft since 1980s. The set contains:
HTK-A012 Dark Tan FS30219, used for upper surfaces in camo scheme of Portuguese: Fiat G.91, A-7P, Alpha Jet, SA 330 Puma, Alouette II & III and AW101
HTK-A016 - Dark Green FS34079, used for upper surfaces in camo scheme of Portuguese: Fiat G.91, A-7P, Alpha Jet, SA 330 Puma, Alouette II & III and AW101
HTK-A021 Medium Green FS34102, used for upper surfaces in camo scheme of Portuguese: Fiat G.91, A-7P, Alpha Jet, SA 330 Puma, Alouette II & III and AW101
HTK-A039 Camouflage Grey FS36622, used for lower surfaces in camo scheme of Portuguese: Fiat G.91 R3 / R4, first 20 A-7Ps, SA 330 Puma, Alouette and AW101
HTK-A037 Light Ghost Grey FS36375, standard colour of lower surfaces of F-16 Fighting Falcon fleet in three-colour scheme (including F-16AM/BM of Portuguese AF)
HTK-A031 Gunship Grey FS36118, standard colour of upper surfaces of F-16 Fighting Falcon fleet in three-colour scheme (including F-16AM/BM of Portuguese AF)
HTK-A054 Grey FS36270, standard colour of upper / side surfaces of F-16 Fighting Falcon in three-colour scheme (including F-16AM/BM of Portuguese AF)

HTK-AS61 Modern Luftwaffe paint set vol. 3
Starting from "forest" Norm 83 camouflage scheme and having drawn lessons from too complex (and too expensive) Norm 81 scheme of F-4Fs, Luftwaffe in 1990s turned towards grey scheme based on US Federal Standard colours (similar to Tactical Paint Scheme widely used by US air forces). Norm 90J pattern was introduced onto both interceptor types - F-4F Phantom IIs previously used by West Germany and MiG-29s inherited after East German AF. Later the similar scheme was introduced as Norm 95 onto Tornado fleet. Together with acquisition of Eurofighter Typhoons a new, one-colour scheme was adopted.
HTK-AS61 includes standard colours of German aircraft since 1990s. The set contains:
HTK-A037 Light Ghost Grey FS36375, used for undersides in Norm 90J (F-4F Phantom II, MiG-29G/GT) and Norm 95 (Tornado) Luftwaffe schemes
HTK-A035 Dark Ghost Grey FS36320, used for top surfaces and underside wing tips in Norm 90J (F-4F, MiG-29G/GT) and Norm 95 (Tornado) schemes
HTK-A046 Medium Grey FS35237, used for upper surfaces in Norm 90J and Norm 95 schemes. Overall colour of current Tornados and Typhoons
HTK-A233 - Stone Grey RAL7030, the best match for colour of F-4F Phantom II radome (nose cone) in Luftwaffe Norm 90J scheme (final of the type)
HTK-A192 Basalt Grey RAL7012, the best match for colour of Tornado vertical stabilizer antenna (Norm 95) and MiG-29G/GT radome (Norm 90J)
HTK-A142 Camouflage (Barley) Grey BS381C:626, standard colour of radome (nose cone) and vertical stabilizer antenna of all Eurofighter Typhoon airframes
HTK-AS62 Israeli Air Force paint set (modern jets)
The so-called "1970's desert scheme" introduced in July 1967 remained in use on various IAF aircraft (incl. F-4s and A-4s) till their withdrawal from service. At the same time the "Air Superiority Grey" scheme, derived from US "Compass Ghost Grey" pattern, was introduced in 1976 together with first F-15A/Bs (and has later been used on F-15C/D, Kfir C2 and RF-4E Phantom). In 1980 first F-16A/Bs entered service in modified desert scheme. It has been used on all versions of F-16, Kfir C7s and F-15Is. Recently introduced M-346I "Lavi" and F-35I "Adir" have brought new painting schemes into IAF use.
HTK-AS62 includes standard Colours of Israeli planes since late 1970s. The set contains:
HTK-A035 Dark Ghost Grey FS36320, used in "Air Superiority Grey" scheme on F-15A/B, Kfir C2, F-15C/D and some Mirage IIIs. Also on E-2C and RF-4E
HTK-A090 - Sand FS33531, used from 1980 on upper surfaces in so-called "F-16 pattern" (used on all F-16A/B/C/D/I, Kfir C7, some C2 and F-15I)
HTK-A012 Dark Tan FS30219, used from 1980 on upper surfaces in so-called "F-16 pattern" (used on all F-16A/B/C/D/I, Kfir C7, some C2 and F-15I)
HTK-A234 Sky Grey-Green FS34424, used from 1980 on upper surfaces in so-called "F-16 pattern" (used on all F-16A/B/C/D/I, Kfir C7, some C2 and F-15I)
HTK-A037 Light Ghost Grey FS36375, used in "Air Superiority Grey" scheme. Also on lower surfaces in "F-16 pattern" (all F-16s, Kfir C7, F-15I)
HTK-A046 Medium Grey FS35237, current overall colour of recently introduced Alenia Aermacchi M-346I "Lavi" transonic advanced trainer
