High Planes Models [HPM] is to release a 2 in 1 boxing of a 1/72 Mirage IIIO and the two seat Mirage IIID

Included in this kit are two models of the Dassault Mirage III fighter - the IIIO single seat version and the IIID twin seat. The Dassault Mirage IIIO is a variant of the highly successful French Mirage fighter produced in Australia. Numerous small changes were made in adapting the aircraft for RAAF needs, and these are accurately reflected in the kit. The Dassault Mirage IIID is a two seat training variant.
Based on many measurements of the real thing, much attention was put towards achieving a very high level of accuracy in shape and detail. We have revised the wing & fuselage sprues from our 2011 Mirage IIIO to have much sharper panel lines and to include the actuator parts on the fuselage sprue.
Decals provided for aircraft from 2 Operational Conversion Unit and the Aircraft Research and Development Unit of the RAAF. The kit includes the distinctive camera nose sometimes fitted to the ARDU Mirage IIIO.
The High Planes Models kit includes revised tool injection moulded plastic parts, injection moulded canopies and four decal options. Pre-orders include a bonus set of resin ejector seats and tailcone.
