No doubt it will be a prime target for 'after-market' manufacturers, but I see it as a wonderful basis for scratch-builders. At such a large scale, like Airfix 1/24th kits, it is ripe for using basic modelling skills like stretched sprue, plastic card, simple push-moulding. I have a forty year old Airfix Hurricane due for its fourth regeneration. Each time I renew it I use new techniques and materials as my skills improve. Cheers Karl.
