Hi all Mine arrived without problems the other day from Model Hobbies, despite fears of them selling out rapidly. First impressions? It's nice (and good value for money) - but the panel lines and a few areas of raised rivets are quite heavy for this scale. Nothing that should deter anyone, but I also bought Airfix's new-tool 1:72 He 111 at the same time and the panel lines there are much lighter. So, Airfix can do it - and I just wish they had on the Sea Fury. All the best Rowan

Hi Rowan, Any problems with the tail not being moulded correctly, seen quite a few pics of a sort of short shot on it. Still not sure if I want this one or not lol. Andy

Hi Andy Now that I've taken a closer look... yes: The short-shot follows panel lines so neatly for the most part, it almost looks deliberate - as though the missing section is moulded on the opposite fuselage half (the way wing trailing edges are sometimes designed to keep them sharp). It won't be hard to fix, but they should have caught it before the kit was released. You also get a taste of the heavy panel lines and fasteners in the photo. All the best Rowan
