Black Dog Models has released two resin detail sets and a duel set for the CH-46D in 1/72 scale
The released sets for the CH-46D Sea Knight include:
A72067 – CH-46D Front Engine and Cockpit Set
A72068 – CH-46D Rear Engine Set
A72069 – CH-46D Big Set [combines A72067 & A72068]

These sets are designed for the Hobby Boss 1/72 scale kit.
