AIMS Models is to release a photo etched set for the hatches and latches for the Gloster Gladiator in 1/48 scale

”Hi everyone, new set coming in the future 48PE011 Gloster Gladiator Hatches and latches £TBC. For the Roden/Eduard kit and the Merit kit. Both The Roden kit and Quickboost gun pud replacements do not include the plate detail at the base of the gun pod - you can see this in my photos of the Gladiator. I am building mine - slowly at the moment and wanted this detail and so it was time for a new little set. Lots of the details are already on the bracing wires set but hope this helps. Hatches were measured to Roden kit but obviously can be used with Merit kit which has the lower gun pod plates represented a little bit but does not represent the hatches on the upper surface of the lower wing.”
