Crécy Publishing is to publish a new book next year on the Mig-31 Foxhound in their Famous Russian Aircraft series

Famous Russian Aircraft: The Mig-31 “Foxhound” was designed as a replacement for the Mig-25 "Foxbat". Similar in appearance, the Mig-31 shares design elements with the MiG-25. The Mig-31B features upgraded avionics and better weapons than its Mig-31 predecessor and entered production in 1990: existing MiG-31s were brought up to the new standard (except for IFR capability) as the MiG-31BS.
