Special Hobby has released images of the renders of the detail sets they will be releasing for the Airfix 1/48 scale De Havilland Tiger Moth

”We are preparing several sets for the new DH.82 Tiger Moth (1/48 Airfix kit). You can see the first four in the renders. The sets are made specifically for our upcoming 1/32 Tiger Moth and compared to the plastic parts of the Airfix kit they are much more detailed. They also correct some of the mistakes of the Airfix kit. 4407 DH.82 Tiger Moth Cockpit Correction Set - has better details and correctly shaped floor and seats. The set 4410 DH.82 Tiger Moth Exterior Set brings more details and also a correctly sized anti-slip step. The set 4409 DH.82 Tiger Moth Luggage Box opens up the trunk. 4411 DH.82 Tiger Moth Wheels will offer wheels with all disc versions and a skid made of hardened PX resin.”
