The month of May sees Trumpeter adding one additional aircraft to their growing line of aviation kits. Mays sees release is the Mi-8MT/Mi-17 HIP H in 1/35 scale.
The Mi-17, the improved version of the Mi-8, entered service in 1975 and has seen serice with many countries. Trumpeter faithfully reproduces a 1/35 version of the helo with the following charateristics:
Size: Main rotor diameter: 608.5mm, Overall length, rotors turning: 721mm
Total Plastic Parts: 263 pcs
Metal Parts: none
Resin Parts: none
Photo Etched Part: Rain sweeper and seatbelts
Film Parts: Instrument part
Total Sprues: 9 pcs
Decal Marking: For 3 a/c of Mi-8MT/Mi-17 (Czech/Russian/Slovakia)
