We are reporting from the U.S. IPMS Nationals held this year in Phoenix, Arizona. The show has just finished up it's second day and will run through Saturday the 7th of August. We spoke to Ken Lawrence of Pacific Coast Models and he shared with us some info about thier newest release.
The newest kit from PCM is a metal-wing Hurricane Mk.I in 1/32 scale. The kit sells for $69.95 and contains 6 different marking schemes; (4) British, (1) Czech, and (1) Polish. Check out the pictures on the right.

As usual PCM had a large selection of items at this show. Both their own kits and the lines they sell like Tasca, Tristar and others.

This is a great kit, but my one concern is that PM will release a kit and then a resin "upgrade." At nearly $70, I would want to know if a desirable upgrade is coming ala their Macchi 200.

Hi Jim Ahh, those little imps get everywhere! The new Hurricane looks great! Perfect timing for the Battle of Britain anniversary. I would have bought the rag-wing version, but for lack of funds when it came out. All the best Rowan

This is one that I will have to get, in fact I'll need more than one. Masks for Robert Stanfor Tuck and Dougles Bader, and at least a couple more, for me. I hope to see plenty of requests for masks for this
