Thank you Keith and Terri .
Well , the build has come to a complete standstill now , nothing at all has been done with it since the last pictures were taken. Really looking foreward to the day i will be able to sit down and have some fun in my hobbyroom , but as it is now i have to put all my effort in the repairs of my house.
I have not moved compleatly yet , in 3 or 4 weeks i guess it will be done , as it is now the hobbyroom , livingroom , and the bedromm are finished , the extra bedroom will soon be ready but just now the bathroom is totaly blown out , so as soon that is finished i can do the rest of the move and start to live in my new place , and ofcourse , return to the workbench in the hobbyroom

Thank´s Taylor and Erik
Some more weeks of movingwork before i can continue with this but it feels like i begin to see the light in the end of the tunnel.
Most probebly it will be the red and blue one when it´s time for the paint.

Hello again
A very long time since i was here but finaly the move to my new house is finished , but ofcourse there are still a lot of work unpacking everything and get it in the right places and also there are repairworks on the house left but i´m in place now .
And that ofcourse meens it´s posible to spend some time at the hobbybench again
After some time scratching my head i think i have come back in to the build again. I have desided to go for the red and blue mashine but insted of using Rodens paintsheme i use Eduards . It feels better in some way.
Roden says it is a light blue underside and Eduard says aluminium , not sure witch one is right but aluminium it became.
And some more small things painted. Fule and waterpipes , spinner and undercarige
And the controlesurfaces
Not so very much done but it sure feels god getting back to this.
More to come

It is good to see you back at the bench Roger, and still producing wonderful work.
I think silver for the undersides...after all the blue would be painted over the silver dope on the original if you are wrong.
Excellent and inspiring
Keith

Thank you folks
Happy to se my build can be an inspiration
Stephen , i did have some problems follow your link to the further images , i was not alowed acces to them (not logged in ) , when logging in i came to Kitmaker network gallery.
Perhapes you can help me where to go from there , what pics and where.
Would be interesting to se the pictures but anyway i will be a bit lazy staying with the silver undersurface , just don´t feel like doing everything all over again , primer , preshading and so on. Reasoning like Keith , it has to be silver original Sorry your help was discarded but silver feels ok for me
Well , some more pictures now with the red and blue painted
More later

Sorry Roger I had forgotten that I moved the images to archive and the edstaff are the only ones who can access the whole batch. My fault. But no apologies needed from you. It is your kit.

Thank´s all
Well Terri , it really feels god beeing back with this project and also beein back at this forum
Yes i can agree with you Keith , she looks a bit sweet , almost like a big pice of candy with those coullors , and maybee more now with the decals in place
Beware Lasse , all the furniture is not in place yet , next time you come for a visit you might have to be usefull carrying things , maybe i save something really heavy specially for you my freind
No pictures today , not so much have been done , but in the begining of next week some better progress should have been done.

Hello again
It has been a realy long time since anything have been done to this project but after I had put the decals on to it disaster struck , after spraying the matt coat much of the surface turned white
If that was not enough i also got a big drop of matt coat on the wing and wiped it of not knowing this would be the result
I guess the matt coat was to old , bying new and also change from Humbrol to Valejo everything works just fine.
Redo this much work is not realy my type of fun but a big leasson learned, do not be greedy and use things that are too old
Well, it took a long time to get the inspiration back but now i´m back in the saddle again
Almost back to were things went wrong again , and even a bit more done
So , now there is some hope gettin this one finished after all

I really admire your ability to start over again, I know I would have left it for a 'later date'. Did you get another set of decals from Roden?
I am looking forward to seeing this completed.
Good Luck

Thank´s both of you
Well , it was not so far away it would turn in to a project of 2later date but i guess i´m a bit more stubbern then i thought
I did not turn to Roden for new decals , i have the fortune living quite close to my very god freind Larsa (repainted) and he had what i neaded left from his build , so this time it was easy. But i think it´s posible to get new things troug Sindcore wich is the dealer who import Roden to Sweden.

Nice to see you continue on with the build and not tossing her back in the box . I do fell your pain on it . Had a similar occurance on the stripe Albatros D.V I did a while back . Paint crack every where ! Not once but twice . Painting it three times and masking it twice was not all enjoyable in the least bit .
Looking really impressive so far Roger Nice effect with the per-shading ......
I look forward to the next up-date
