The good people at Fortress Wingnut love to check out our speculation regarding their kits. I am sure they also love to hear all the praise we are sending out to cyberspace. So, What would you like to see Wingnut Wings produce?

I, for one would like to see
Roland C.II
AEG G.IV
Albatros C types (Especially the C.IX)
A decent Camel, SPAD XIII, and Dr.I
Fokker E.V

I am very happy with all the announced upcoming releases. Unfortunately, I don't know where I will find the time to build them all. But I surely will try.

Hi Carl

Well, the #1 thing on my wishlist would be to be able to buy them in my LHS! Or perhaps Wingnuts could find a way to ship them to avoid them being clobbered by UK Customs...

And #2? Golden Age subjects like a Hart and Fury, Siskin and Bulldog etc. etc. I'd love to see these kitted in 1:32!

But, if it's got to be WW1... a Bristol M.1C would be very nice!

All the best

If they do move into Golden Age, I would love a F3F. But it might be a few years before they run out of WWI subjects.

Hi Carl

I've thought of another one that might be more in their immediate time-frame (and have plenty of Golden Age possibilities...) - an Avro 504!

All the best

AWFK8
Sopwith 1 1/2 strutter
Sopwith Triplane
Nieuport 17, 23
Nieuport 24,25,27
SPAD 11
Fokker DI, DII
Albatros CIII
Quite honestly I wouldn't turn up my nose if Roden did any of these

Carl, what's wrong with Roden's Dr.I? Seems like a decent kit to me.

Anyway, here's my wish list:

I have three of them, and I have already built two. They are good kits. There are some minor problems that are mostly nit-picky. Some errors in the cowling, pebbly texture on a few of the parts, sink marks on the propeller and machine guns, ejection pin marks in some very bad spots, and the decals were not really very well done. These problems are easily overcome. But after experiencing the WNW kits, I would love to see what they would do with the Dr.I.

btw kit #32010 will be a Hansa Brandenburg W.29 - available 2010.

As for the Aviatik Berg D.1, I think I would like to see one of those also.

We NEED at least one Macchi Seaplane fighter.. and, gulp, it would be HUGE in 1/32, but how about a Felixstowe Flying Boat and a Handley Page 0/400?

I think WNW have already given us a very comprehensive list of releases and future releases... But if I can make a wish

Sopwith Dolphin
Halberstadt D.II
Hannover CL.III

And I'm with Warren on the Felixstowe – that one would be truly remarkable!

Have to agree on the Dolphin and a Pfalz D.VIII would make me very happy, though that's kind of obscure. Roden maybe?

During WWI Italian forces mostly relied on French machines, nevertheless I'd like to see some Italian subject... some decals for a Nieuport, maybe or, better still, a Pomilio PC1 or an Ansaldo Balilla

Hi Edo:

AMODEL has released a Nieuport XI in an Italian Markings. I am not at home but it is the one with the Homer Simpson looking guy on the side and the airplane is painted up in Italian Colors. Mike at Mister Kit had a group order,. It is a decent kit with really cool markings. Hobby Craft/Academy has their SPAD XIII in Baracca's Markings as well. Not a lot, but something. I would like to see some Belgian markings for the SPAD too.

Best

Mine arrived yesterday (shipped out on Monday). Again, the usual top-notch WNW service.

Quick glance-both kits are stunners. The W.29 box is approximately twice the size of the others, and is full to the top with sprues-separately sealed and sealed again in one large bag.

I can hardly wait to see what the Gotha will be like.
