Hi all,

It's not fast going here, a lot of family health issues lately to prioritize...
anyways, here's a small update on the weathering and final assembly:

Thanks for your feedback Mark, Yeah, that engine... only thing I can think of, is getting another kit, and that's just silly! /Hans

Greetings Hans

I can't seem to find where the comments about the engine are in your build. Throw and old dog a bone please.

Thanks Terri, that is so kind of you!
I really need a good kick in the butt now, as I have this stupid tendency to stall my builds just before landing time, for some weird (probably based on childhood trauma or something, haha) reason!

Hi Hans

Yep its an ugly plane – but you make it beautifully! (besides I think the JI is very cool–ugly).

I was very interested in your oil fading teqniques, I do similar darkening effects with umbra, but I've never tried light fading... Hmmm, I think I'll have to give this a go sometime. Thanks for showing. Looking forward to the finish.

Best Regards

Mikael

Mikael: Ugly it is! the more I do of the final assembly, the more I realize just HOW damn ugly/rough/cool it is

Do try out fading, it's really fun and effective!
