I went to the campaign page on Aeroscale to look at the dates for the Fighting Falcon campaign but I don't see the campaign listed there.

Just a thought. Ya may wanna rethink the name. To us here in the U.S. it's known as a Falcon, but to pilots and everyone else in the world it is and always will be a Viper. Sexy!

As far as I know it is known as the (Fighting) Falcon over here as well.... didn't know until quite recently that it is also known as the "Viper" - I thing that it might actually have been a deacal-sheet which pointed it out to me...

The OFFICIAL name is Fighting Falcon. Both General Dynamics and the USAF wanted to call it Falcon (to go with the F-15 Eagle) but Dassault (Fan-Jet Falcon) wouldn't release the name Falcon, so the got around it by adding the Fighting.
IIRC the Viper tag came from the F-16 community since they didn't care much for the Fighting Falcon moniker.
For years I thought the official name for the F-111 was 'Controversial', as in “the controversial F-111”. Turns out it didn’t have an official name till they retired it and called it an Aardvark.

As an old Viper maintainer I'd love to participate. I have a 1/32 'A' model I've been trying to get to and finish for 15 years now.

True, true, but I don't think it was applied with the same level of 'love' that viper was.....

Viper, schmiper... Here's a good article explaining the different names!
Personally, I'll build a "Sufa" or a "Barak" (or both). I definitely hope to see some "Jastrzabs" and other international birds.
Personally, I would go for "Sweet sixteen" as the common denominator, but that's a different story!
Cheers! // PolarBear

I'll go for an international bird, not sure which though... probably either Belgian or Dutch, or maybe both....
