Hi guys!
thank you for the incuragment! I'll use the anemometer after all...
I'll add a fiew pics of the model in the present state... hope you like it...
Here it goes...
I would have preferred a perfect match of the whites of the diamonds and of the cross... but I think it is too late now...
I found this build very enjoyable and I think I have learned something during the build. On a final note I found that the landing gear sturds are very soft and the entire plane is shaky on its weels... did you experienced the same effect...
Any way, I enjoied it very much and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I have...
ciao

Hi Edo:
Great job on the Albatros. I wouldn't lament too much on the whites of the Iron Cross and the diamonds. I think they were meant to be that way.
Did you fabricate the lifting handles on the underside? Yes, the Albatros do have a very fragile undercarriage, hence the rigging is a vital support mechanism. I wonder if they were that fragile on the actual a/c?
What's next"

On one! Albatros the landing gear is really unstable. On the other one, I rigged it with piano wire. It is very stable. I am going to go back and do the landing gear on the first one.
Your build is great.
What is next?

Congartulations on a very well done Albatros –your rigging points look particulary good to me
Hoping to see you back here soon after the tank excursion.
