Our good fellow and Aeroscale member Carl (I love Albies) Althaus underwet the first of 2 serious surgeries on Nov. 19. He is recovering at home and could probably use some seasonal good will. So please use this thread to pass on your greetings.

Carl , I'm sadden to hear about the surgeries which you have to under take . I really wish that you have full speedy recovery and be back in front of the bench building a Albbie . Miss you around here , no one to bug me on posting pic's

Thanks for all the well-wishes. I am still not ready to do much, but I am walking around a little bit.

But now, my beautiful wife is in the hospital with kidney stones. As much pain as she is in, she is still worried about me. But I am worried about her. Those of you who have had a stone know how painful those things are.

Good to hear you are up and getting around, sorry to hear about the wife though.
I had kidney stones many years ago, felt I peed a water melon when it passed.

She is back home now. Thanks again for your well wishes. It means a lot to both of us. I think the wife, five cats, and I will sleep good tonight.
