I was able to get in a little more progress on the interior....

I'll also be trying Radu's RAF wires on this build.

Hi Mark:
The interior is really looking good, I espcially like the CDL and stitching.
Didn't get much done on mine, spent about 8 hours recording. Looking forward to more. It will be interesting to see what your thoughts and comments are about using the RAF wire and the attachment points. I haven't seen any in any of the builds, so yours will be a first: I have a set, but just haven't made the plunge.
Best
Mark

Thanks Terri and Mark. This will be my first experience working with the RAF wires. I hope it goes well.........
Here are some pictures of the engine, I still have to add the decals and give it a satin finish. I've decided to model it closed up so there will be no need to wire it up.

Hi Mark:
That engine is a little gem. I am sure we will see one all tricked out, personally, I like the clean look with the cowls on. Did you do anything to the carburetor intakes?

Thanks guys, the engine is a nice little kit in itself and builds nicely.
Mark- I used the shorter of the two intake pipes, I remember you saying they seemed to stick up too far after the cowling was on. Hopefully it will look right.

Hi Mark:
It looks like you have the right height for the intakes. The interior is nice, I like the rigging with the turnbuckles. Looks good.
