Thanks Justin,
It's 1/72 scale, it not a bad kit, Reasonably detailed and only had a couple of fit issues.

Close to finishing now .

Just the last of the assembly to do and then a coat of matt before some final weathering.

Hopefully I will finish before the kids have their half term break next week.

Martin.

Nice job Marty.
The Spad is just one of those classic planes isn't ? They have a great look to them.

I finally have some pictures of my finished Skyraider build (been having some computer and camera problems).
This is my Tamiya 1/48 Skyraider built with the addition of a Eduard cockpit set and some antenas made from some fishing line. The markings are from the box and are of a USAF aircraft from the 56th Special Operations Wing, 602nd Fighter Squadron Thailand 1969.

Finished with a matt coat after a light weathering with some oil paint whashes and some exhaust stains to finish.
It has been a joy to build for this campaign and would love to build the Navy version in the future.

Sorry for not having many updates since i was ready for the paint shop but it's finally finished

I haven't quite decided which bombs to put on it yet but they will go one later when I've decided and painted them.
