Justin is correct in past the campaign thread use to continue in the proposal thread. This got a little messy when the campaign started and the topic title wasn't always clear that it was the campaign thread.

Imagine if you was involved in a campaign for the Air Venture (and called as such on the campaign page) but the topic was called "Just a few cheese heads brainstorming" would you know that is a campaign. Also some of the more popular campaign proposals can run into the pages so you would have to sift through them looking when the campaign starts.

So it is just easier all round to start a new topic with the title of the campaign. If you wished we could drop the "OFFICIAL" bit off of the threads to make them look a little tidier and more friendly.

I would like to note that this was started before Sam and I came on board as Campaign Administrators and we have just continued with the format.

this one didn't get quite the reception i thought it would.I was trying to create variety. But the opposite happened and everyone signed up for every campaign
I think I will not end up building for this my self as I already have to much on plate and not enough time.but I will be leading and here.

Build on,
Justin

Ok question, what about decals. Do I need to find some of the movie or can I use whatever I have on hand.

Unfortunately this was my fear of having too many campaigns any everyone signing up to them.

Hopefully when several of them end this month the interest might pick up for this one. I for one would if I wasn't snowed under with the diy and decorating and could get to the bench more often.

I mean,
I want to take part in this campaign, but I am not sure to use which one.
I have a IT 1/72 A6. maybe it's fit for this?
I want to konw more detail about Flight of the Intruder, so, I decide to watch this movie.

As I thought this thread could do with some progress posts and after vowing I would not take on another campaign with the ones I am currently doing and a review for a magazine I took pity, signed up for the campaign and dug this out of the stash

Its going to be OOB and within 30 mins I got a base coat on the interior (needs a second one before strtaing to paint in details), basecoat on ejector seats and the wings are together

Well its sort of together, canopy masked (it doesnt look too different from the above pics so didnt see the point in taking another pic) and awaiting an attack of primer at the weekend I might even start to spray it if time allows? (I can cope with modeling, house work/ decorating and the horse but with full time work in the mix as well it gets a bit hetic and pushed for time. I need longer weekends )
