Hi Mark
Its a good idea, I'll have a look at the kit paperwork, in the meantime just ordered a Hucks starter truck to go with it (that kit cost more than the I-15)

Looks fantastic Andrew. I myself use the invisible mending thread all the time when rigging, but only in 1/32!!
1/72 the wires are just too fine and would come lose in no time flat just sitting there!

Again, very well done.
You may be right, I may be crazy.

Hi Warren
I am comfortable rigging in 1/48, nevertried 1/72. I do have a Hanover CLII in the stash, maybe I should find out. Thinking about starting a ship so may have a break from Aeroscale, haven't built a ship for about 10 years but I tend to scratch build so it will be a long term project, three years isn't unusual so I will probably build the odd aircraft in between. still planning possibilities.

Thanks Terri
the colour scheme was the reason for choosing this one. Nice to hear from you again.

Decided to take this a bit further and build a Hucks starter truck to go with it. I am not doing a build log for this but I will post a few progress pics. The kit is fair, but the plastic is a bit soft and easy to break. There is a lot of detail even some pe. Anyway position as of today.
