Just a quick note to Mark and anyone interested in the MisterkitUSA line. Mike Taylor is alive and well. Family issues and software concerns were just some of the problems. He promises to get to anyone who has contacted him recently. I'll detail some more info later.

I hope you are finding this as enjoyable build as I have with the early version. Caught me up well and truly.

Thanks for the posts everyone!
Here's an update, I was ready to put the finishing touches on the build when I realized I have the horizontal tailplane on upside down (dag nab it), nothing is glued (it fits that well). One side of the tail is completely flat while the other has rib detail, I ASSUMED that the rib detail would go on top. I'll repaint the tail and post when I get it done.

Almost a big oopsie... so what happened to the little tab that stops you putting the tail plane in wrong? I shouldnt laugh, made many similar or worse Faux Pas.
She looks very very nice otherwise. I'm glad to hear it won't be a big fix to put right.

Glad you caught the faux paux. Thanks for letting me use your images. Don't forget to post finished images in the KotS II gallery!

Hi Mark:
This is again a truly outstanding piece of work, tail plane not withstanding.
That is the scheme I plan on going with as well. I like the barber pole effect and the colors on the leading edge of the wings.
Great Job Mark

Mark,
Congratulations on a truly beautiful finish. I particularly like the cockpit and gun work, crisp, clean and very realistic. Nicely done!
Cheers,
Lance

Thanks for the comments everyone, I forgot to mention that I did flip and repaint the tail. This was my favorite WNW build to date. Everything fit like a glove.

Hi Mark
It really looks neat. I like you managed to pick out the rounds in the drum. Very convincing. Just a neat clean model well executed.

Mark, a very nice finish - crisp and neat - and a very tasty profile as well! Congratulations on finishing her.
