Progress continues. Wings are almost finished. Still some engine work to do but most the cowl panels etc are well on their way.
Hope to get some pics up over the weekend.

Hello Keith:
Great Build log. I will be following this as I have the DVII F and the OAW version. Your work on the engine is up to your usual stellar quality.
Best
Mark

Hi Mark,thanks for the comments.
Okay something of an update.
STILL adding bits to the engine bay, but got the wings moving along too. Had a bit of a moment affixing the upper decking and ended up with a fingerprint, hoping to touch up the blue after I get her further along. I have to try to fabrocate a windscreen that secures in this area anyway.
Hoping these works, seems like Photobucket have changed things again.
Thats all for now folks

Another one of those nice Wingnut kits. Wonderfull work. Do the decals come with that canvas appearance? It looks pretty awesome.

Hi Robert, thanks.
That lozenge decal is from Wood & Wire, it comes with the fabric effect yes, I prefer it to the WNW offering which is rather bright to my eye.

It is ceartainly coming together in a grand fashion Keith! Love the oil on the landing gear, and your engine compartment is looking really busy. Oh yes, I really like it a lot!

Looking good. I like the fabric effect on the lozenge decals, its very realistic and helps tone down the bright colours.
