Hmm, this was a tough one for me. Am I correct in thinking that there is something different about his uniform? His "wings" dont look like the typical RAF/RFC item? The uniform does look british tough...

Uniform and wings are USAS however this Guy's identity has me totally baffled! Only guess is possibly Capt David Peterson later when he commanded the 94th Aero. (a real shot in the dark!!)
