If I can help with custom decals, please ask. They are home made, so caveats apply...

Maybe this is some inspiration for you, folks. Some of my "under foreign flag" aircrafts ....
Over the years I've build more than these and some of them are really old but most of them (after 2011) you can also see at my Assembly Line Thread in the WW2 Forum.

I like the idea of a P-36 in Finnish colors!

Just might try this campaign as I really like the concept. I'm thinking of a Grumman CS2F-1 Tracker. The kit I have in mind is the Kinetic 1/48 scale S-2A Tracker.
I would like to see you do that, Joel. I would be glued to watching your work.
Slowly, I've been collecting all the AM extras for the Kinetic kit that I bought. To be built far in the future.

That one's a bit of a grey area. Canada's Trackers were built by de Havilland Canada so they could be argued to be domestic. I'd still like to see it though because the design is most assuredly Grumman

I say go for it anyway, as I've already told our Spanish friend he could build a Hispano Buchon if he wants to. The way I see it, I could build an Army Air Corps Apache, as built by Westland, as it is clearly of US origin.

Sorry but I was thinking in a Buchon in non Spanish markings....
If you read the GB idea:
"...I propose that entrants build an aircraft built by your own country, but in the service of of another nation - OR you could build an aircraft built by another nation, but in the markings of your own country..."
It said BUILT not designed, so literally, a Canadair or European made Starfighter in USAF markings it's allowed (I don't know if any of these ever happens)...
In Spain we have a lot of US made planes but our F-5 Freedom Fighters were built localy by CASA (now Airbus Military).
Perhaps It needs a serius "Mind-storming"

To clarify, the second option for the campaign, ie an aircraft built by a foreign nation, but in the markings of your own country, was added to accommodate model builders whose country doesn't have an aircraft industry.
As far as the licence built aircraft are concerned (ie DHC Tracker, Westland WAH-64D Apache), I would be inclined to classify them as foreign aircraft, but I would allow them as we are trying to encourage more participation in campaigns. The more the merrier!

And just to confuse matters, the Omani Skyvan I'm thinking of doing may have been in Omani markings but were usually crewed by serving RAF personnel. A few went over on voluntary deployment (tax free pay was the big incentive) while a the rest were made up of ex-RAF and some from a few other nations. But, it's the markings that count in this campaign
I'm also giving some though to doing a Strikemaster to go alongside.

With the campaign start coming up soon, here's a preview of what I've decided to put forward for it:
Been wanting to build an Escuadron 201 Thunderbolt for a long time, so this is the perfect opportunity for it!
