Jesper: Thanks for the kind words on the Hurricane and I agree with you re: the setup and take down time and hassles, but the photos look much better when done that way. If I could only get my brother to take some time and give me a few pointers on the Nikon.
I am finished and posted in the gallery:

Very Nice. Slow and steady wins the race, or in other words, patience is the key.
For reference, just how big are these figures? about 1 1/2" tall I recckon.
Are you using Games Workshop acrylics?
My son and daughter played War Hammer in their twenties, and my daughter still has an Elf army she painted and displays in a glass case.

Thanks for the comment, Richard. These would roughly be 1:56 scale figures, so a lot less to work with that 1:35 scale.
I most use games workshop, Vallejo, and a few other water based paints.

Thanks Jesper!

Here is my entry. I guess I should start as there is only 1 week left. It is a 1/72 scale Hasagawa Schwimmwagen. It should be an easy build but I will need to add details to it.

My finished Schwimmwagen. I need a better camera, the pictures are not the best.

Quick build, Darrell. Looks good although the pictures seems overexposed.
How big is this kit? Like the size of a thumb?

Jesper, It is a small model. It is about 2 1/2" long and about 1"wide. I agree that the photos are overexposed but that is all my camera will do. As I said I do need a better camera.

Nice quick build Darrel.
If you have photoshop etc you could play with the exposure.
Post you photos in the campaign gallery.

Nice Builds!
This morning I started this old mold 1/72 spitfire for this campaign. Bought once cheap at my local HS intended for just a fun built for the kids however still in the box after some time (long time) my thoughts where ,.. Build it,.. With not thinking of doing anything fancies.
So here go's, straight forward built and it actually builds up nicely within the hour, primed it with the airbrush fuselage and wings props where primed brushed. First some pre-shading (not sure if anything would be left)
Than the multiple layers of thinned paint mostly the humbrol paints from the box but also Vallejo,.. Nice paint brush from Humbrol (I needed to remind me commend this while painting.
One Issue,.. I must have not followed the instructions,... So with a bit of creativity I modified the seat
Anyway after painting I floored it with Future (brush applied) and slapped on the decals, now awaiting the morning to add for some oils

Hello guys, very sorry for the double post since my mobile internet connection is not too good a couple hours ago. I already post my build in separate topic in Armorama that can be read by following this link:
German Infantry Set: Battle of Bulge 1944
Additionally, as I already stated in the post linked above, I show again several pictures to show my actual starting date (I just able to upload today since my PC is broken, so I decided to collect the progress pictures before post them at the same time) and the contains of the set are as follows:
Sorry for my English and I will bring you the finished figures as soon as possible
Kind regards,
Garry
