Interesting decal application on the ordinance Terri I don't think I've ever seen a bomb with these particular markings. Hand written sentiments perhaps but nothing like that, just awesome!
Chris, The shark mouth on the ordnance look odd, especially in this late stage of the war but i have seen photographic evidence of these bombs but the pictures of them has been removed from this Asisbiz site.
https://www.asisbiz.com/Fw-190A.htmlHere is something similar:
( i hope thats not again a hijacking, Terri )
Happy modelling

Terri,
Nice touch on those bombs. They'll certainly get ones attention.

Hi Chris , one of the reason I picked this scheme . Just something about the shark mouth on the bomb . It was common for units to paint shark mouths on their bombs as Bernd pointed out . Have a look on google
Bernd , Guten Tag mein Freund ! Yes the spiral is the kit decal. It took me about an hour of moving it around in the right position . Once it was in place it was sealed with future right way . Having to re-wet it over and over again it was losing its tackiness . Not 100% perfect , but I'm pleased with the out come .
She sure is eye catching Joel
Revell chosed an excellent scheme for this one .

Congrats Terri, you've pulled off another excellent model ! The bomb detail really sets off the whole thing I think

Terri,
I'll toast you crossing the finish line with another outstanding build. Well done.
You really got the spiral on the spinner dead on. The overall presentation is just what I would expect from you, and you've picked a paint scheme that certainly catches one's eye
So I'll 2nd what Richard asked about what's next off your miniature assembly line.

Really appreciated the kind comments guys , thank-you very much :-I really enjoyed this kit , it goes together very well and other than just a tab of putty on in the trailing edge of the wing roots. No filler was needed elsewhere . One does have to make sure that the engine is plumb and square . If not the cowls won't fit well . Decals are you typical of Revell , they are thick . She does look nice sitting next to Revells BF109 G-6
Already started my next project ...Academy's Hughes MH-6 Stealth Helicopter in 48 scale .
As for WW 2 subject , I'm not sure what I will do next

Loved the build Terri and the finished product, guess I'll have to find one of these to build now to keep my Fw190 addiction content.
