This simply looks great James!
You've really managed to bring it to life with your painting and weathering!

Looks fantastic James.
Paint work, decals and the dark panel line wash came out well and the flat varnish gives your Heinkel a perfect and smooth finish.
Still some bits and its done.
My problem with Lifecolor and all other acrylics is the lack of a proper thinner. The paind dry out in the airbrush and i can only spray with high air pressure.

Ok so for now im calling this done. I have improved on my overall finishing of my kits but i need to spend more time being dilligent over items such as the glazing, and smaller assemblies like ariels, wheels and ordanance. The torpedos unfortunately will be left off as they ended up looking awful. And be wary of the windows on the sides of the vehicle and the gun mounting glazings on the underside. There were a lot of fit issues there. Including one that you will see in one of the underside shots. Anyway. Photos..

Looks great, James !
Congratulations ! Well build, a neat paint job and a subtle weathering.
The open glass panel for the cockpit with the anti glare curtain is a very nice touch and adds even more live to the already "busy" looking finish.
Makes me really want one, personally i would invest in a masking set from Eduard that helps a lot.

James, I followed your build silently but now I have to write. Your He 111 looks great, fantastic paint work and the decaling is top notch. Though I miss the swastika. To me the He 111 was one of the best looking aircraft of WW 2.
Happy modelling!

The He111 turned out very nice. Always thought it had a purpose-built, no messing around look to it. May have to go out and get one myself.
I was thinking about why the gloss clear got the mottled appearance and it may have started to dry too quickly, basically not having enough time to flow on the surface. The relative humidity may have been to low?

Bernd thankyou ! On reflection an eduard mask set would have been a good idea. Glazing isnt too bad but need a bit more refining for future builds .
Torsten i was looking though the spares for a swastika unfortunately there werent any anywhere i may need to get a set for those that come without and thankyou, im happy with the decals hooray progress !!
David thankyou i think you are right ! I will move closer with even less pressure in future.
Gary thankyou very much
Phil glad you enjoyed the ride
Thankyou for all of your kind words and support. Heres to better models. I want to be half as good again vy the end of the year. Shame i dont have much patience

Great work James!
I agree the new Airfix panel lines are a little heavy, but your excellent painting technique made the most of it!
