Hi Guys,
Without reading all the posts, I bought a color print from the original color negative of one of these Franz parked next to a captured Rata. To me, the 'paisley' color is RLM 2, the viening is black green.
I have an 8 X 10 of their FW-190s, they are RLM 79 with a dark green.

I think his pictures are colorized ,..not necessarily by himself ..but the archives he acquired were from Japanese collectors ....and they love to colorize..
