ToRo Model shares with us two images of their recent release which is a single figure in 1:48 scale of the civilian pilot or a car driver of early ninety-twenties.
The figure catalogue number is 48F54.

It is designed as a single casting, just for painting. Due to the not dynamic pose this figure should be a nice addition to any early airplane or car in the quarterscale.

Thanks to ToRo for the pictures.

UPDATE 1
We just got an update from the producer. The figure will be displayed on the ToRo Models stand during the Nuremberg Toy Fair, booth A-69, Hall 7. Sale of the product will begin during the Plastic Scale Model Festival in Bytom by the end of February (25th-26th Feb.2012).

Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on AEROSCALE.

He sort of reminds me of the characters in the movie "Those Magnificent Men & Their Flying Machines" 1966.
