Recently, Dragon showed signs of reviving their Aviation kit list with the announcement of an ARADO Ar234P in 1/72nd scale, now comes new of another future release, this time in 1/48th scale..

DML had an excellent reputation for their 1/48th Luftwaffe kit range. Now it appears that they are truly back in the 'aviation business' with the announcement of their second release in only a few weeks...

DRA5545 - 1/48 Fw190A-7 "Doppelreiter" with Slipper Tanks is a model of the rare FW190a-7 version with extended range (hence the wing-mounted 'slipper' tanks). Only around 80 of these aircraft were built. The kit, seems (although don't quote me on this!) to be a re-tooling of their previous FW 190 kits with new wings added.

A release date of NOVEMBER is indicated, with (U.S.) price of $29.95 getting quoted....
