Thanks to Brengun we can present a preview information about their two forthcoming not-so-popular versions of the Spitfire.
At the end of October hobby shops should be stocked with the Spitfire Floatplane Mk.V. The kit is based on the AZ Model/Admiral moldings with Brengun addition of floats, propeller, two types of rudder, photo-etched fret, resin casted radiator and a set of decals.

Messerspit is a kit scheduled to release for late November or early December. This is also a complete kit based on the AZ Model/Admiral sprues with new fuselage designed by Brengun, the same as propellers, exhausts and carburettor air intake. The kit will also contain a set of photo-etched details and appropriate decals.

The completed kit of Messerspit presented in the gallery was built by a Czech modeler – Milan Holzapfel. Milan used the test-shot sprues but without original PE-details or resin add-ons, which were not available then. These details were replaced by, for example, Quickboost exhausts for Bf 109F or some leftovers found in a modellers scrapyard.

Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on AEROSCALE.
