RWD-8 was the Polish liaison aircraft of the 1930's. As a stable and easy to handle plane it was also widely used for training purposes in both aeroclubs and Air Force flying schools.
After some 20 years of having just one RWD-8 plastic model kit available on the market in 1:72 scale, although boxed by many different companies, IBG is going to release it's modern ancestor. The announced release date is June 2014 so there are just three months left.
The kit was presented for public for the first time on the Scale Modeling Festival in Bytom, Poland in mid March. Pictures in the right hand gallery shows three finished models, both painted and build without any finishing.
Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on AEROSCALE.
