Tamiya is to release a Korean War version of their 1/32 scale P-51D Mustang in April
”[new product] Tamiya 1/32 Air Craft Series "North American F-51 D Mustang ( Korean war )" will be released on April 11th.
The American main fighter, which is famous as a masterpiece ratio, is now available in a large model of 1/32 scale (FULL LENGTH 308 mm, full width 354 mm).
The unique detail of the large model, such as engine, kuk pit, and various armed parts of the airframe surface, and the delicate panel line and rivet of the airframe surface. The details of the seat belt, oil cooler, etc. Use Etching Parts. It includes a slide mark that can reproduce 3 types of marking, and a mask seal of the wind anti-painting.”

That's a good way for Tamiya to jumpstart sales of the Mustang again. I'm not a Korean War fan, but would like to see them update their fabulous Corsair kit for the Korean War. That would require quite a bit of additional tooling IIRC.
