Great campaign Jesper!
I really enjoyed my build and I have to say that the shiny new ribbon has to be my favourite so far in my slowly growing collection.

Everyone,

This was my first campaign and will not be the last. What a good time it was participating and watching all of you build such great looking planes. Thanks Jesper for running this thread so well.

I wish when I have a daughter or son, he or she'll be building with me

Too bad I'm still at least a week away from completing my plane.
It was a very nice campaign, though. Really-really nice builds. Congrats everybody!

Thanks everybody for the kind words, guys. I appreciate it. It has been a great campaign for me also.

Spongya, if you are literally only a week away from finishing your plane for this campaign then hurry up and I will make sure there is a ribbon for you as well. It would be too bad to work on something and then only miss the deadline by one week. Can you finish in roughly a week?

Thank you
I sure hope so. I'll have to spray some Alclad, design some decals, and weather it a little. The Alclad part I can do in a day (tomorrow), so it should be ok by next Sunday. (Unless I have to refill some unseen joints, or some disaster strikes.)

Thank you again

You're welcome.

I am sure we will work it out. I have contacted Jean-Luc. I think the campaign will be reopened for a short time so you can enlist. After that I can assign a ribbon.

Just a little update. Catastrophe has stricken. The Alclad shown some really prominent surface-irregularities. (I shouldn't have been pushing it.)
I'm looking for a non-NMF camo for the Mustang right now...

Uh, that is going to hurt. I am sorry to hear it.

Hope you find a good camouflage and is able to save the Mustang

A late entry... I can't seem to create decals -they simply do not separate from the decal sheet. (I want to put my SFO's nickname on the nose.) The camo and markings are fictional -though there were similarly painted birds.
Also I have to apologize for the quality of photos -I don't have my camera right now,so I used a webcam. It's the old Revell 1/48 P-51D (it's as old as me, and surprisingly good in some respect, and very frustrating in others).

I'll upload better photos later.

Hi Andras

Thanks for the late entry. Great to have another Mustang on the prowl for panzer victims

I am looking forward to see better pictures when you get hold of your camera again.

Thanks for participating

I am terribly sorry guys. I screwed up again. I started my Hs129 but couldn't menage to finish it. Actually I couldn't work on any model for some time due to the work tempo. Please excuse me.

No problem, Yalym. The real world has a tendency to limit time for modelling from time to time

Hope to see you in another campaign in the future

Thanks Jesper. Well, this has been a good lesson to me. I will not enlist any campaigne unless I finish the model first, in the given time frame of course.

The promised better shots. Thank you for the campaign.
I have to admit: building armor is so much easier... (Used to be all aircraft, then DML started pumping out these armor kits, and they really threw me off from my true call.)
