Hi all,
Count me in as well! I will do the He219 A-7 and maybe the V-22 Osprey that has been staring at me, I just wish someone would hurry up and make some AM stuff for it other than masks!

Jesper, Thanks for the banners. As always, they are great.
Derek, either the He 219 A-7 or the V-22 Osprey would be a great addition. I was hoping for a more modern aircraft like the Osprey, and something from WWI maybe.
James, Welcome aboard. Whatever you decide to build will be fine. Repeats dont really matter, as it is unavoidable. As for being new, you will probably be leading campaigns soon. Just have fun.
As for me, I just looked in the closet and I still don't know what I am going to build.
So where are all the helicopter guys?

I think I'm going to go for the Revell Dornier 217 E5 in 1/48 that I've had looking at me for over a year.
I'm very much looking forward to this campaign starting.

It's the version with the anti shipping missile hanging on the pylon. Should be pretty good fun. I got an update set for it which has resin seats and brass flap interiors.
Really itching to get started on it now

It is unfortunate, but we must all wait until March 1.

I am going to stick with the 1/32 Mosquito NFII. Fair amount of scratch involved which I am actually kinda looking forward to.
The stumbler is the markings. Anybody have a connection for making 1/32 decals? Would be early style roundels and flash. I'm pretty sure I have a pic or link in my files to provide.
It's OK to gather materials before start date isn't it?
Cheers for early year help!

YES
The start date is the date when you start building/painting. You can, and should, start gathering sources and supplies before the start date.
You are even allowed to open the box before the start date.

Now that I'm back and settled in, I'll be working on a Zvezda Pe-2. And it seems as if Will (No.1 son) wants to join in. Maybe I'll let him do that and I'll do the Costal Command Mossie. Decisions, decisions...

I'm in - got a stash of Beaufighters that need building. Am aiming for :-
1. DAP TT Mk21 A-357
2. Dominican Air Force MkX
3. US Air Force Mk X
Not necessarily in that order, and will almost certainly fail to finish all three, but i'm gonna try a tripple build!!!

We thought about turbines as spinners, but decided to keep it to propellers and rotors. So those turbines wont be eligible. However, you may want to build the Ar 234 and Me 262 for the Battle for Europe Campaign, which will also be starting soon.
I would love to see that Ju 88 built up for this campaign. I don't recall anybody doing one of those yet, not that it matters.

Excellent idea Carl, I will join up. Thanks for running this campaign. My first Aeroscale campaign after participaiting in Armorama once and presently in Model Shipwrights. This will be back to my aircraft roots (23 years USAF). I'll build an ME 110. There probably will be many of them. I have the new Eduard ME110C ready, but I'll try to be patient for the start date.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I have a Do 335 I would love to build. Found it on the sale shelf at hobby lobby. it's the trainer. It does technically have two engines and two propellers, just not both "pulling" the plane. Assuming it's all good, I'm gonna start getting my sources together for this plane. My brother has been in school in Germany for two years, and managed to find me a ginormous color book in german about aircraft of the luftwaffe. Should be fun! This will be a fun campaign. If I have time I have an older than dirt mpc B-25 I've been waiting to scratch some parts for.

Hi All,
Pretty New to modelling, about 12 months now, and a campaign virgin. But I'm signing up for this one as a first attempt.
I have a Revell 1/48 B-25J Mitchell waiting to be built, it's pretty ambitious but i think I can manage it in 4 months. (Famous last words!).
Victor.
