Hi guys,
I'm building Eduards kit (#8132) as Alfred Greven's D VII. I can't determine from the instructions if there is supposed to be a wire from the underside of the upper wing to the fuselage on both the right and left side or just the right side. I see an attachment point on the right fuselage (small raised circle) that needs to be drilled, but there is no corresponding point on the left. It would seem to make sense that there would be rigging wires on both sides. I've gone through these forums and googled images but I'm still lost. Can anyone help this WWI aircraft neophyte?
Thanks,
Rob

Greetings Cob.
From the Eduard Royal Fokker kit build here on Aeroscale.
The aileron rigging cables do exist on both sides. Here is a modern replica of the Fokker D.VII that shows the entry to the underside of the top wing.

Here is an image to help out on the aileron control cables. Its the same on each side.

Just for the sake of having them in one place. For more reading on the various license built Fokker D.VII represented in kit form.

Stephen,
That is exactly what I was looking for. I guess I gave up looking too soon.
Thanks ,
Rob
