Hello JessieC: It is coming along nicely. Nice of Williams Bros. to respond quickly. The gloss white looks nice and contrasts nicley with the silver grey.
Looking forward to more.
Best
Mark

Getting going on the decals.

You gotta tell me how to get a nice white gloss finish. One of the reasons I gave up on 1/144 scale model airliners!

I don't do anything special. I use Testors spray bombs for my white. 1 undercoat of flat followed by an overcoat of gloss. Warm the can in hot water first so it sprays more evenly.
I think that as with everything there's a skill level involved. There's a really fine line between 'not enough' and 'too much' when it comes to gloss white. I've lost count of the times I've had to sand down runs and drips in order to repaint. I apply the white first, then mask for the remainder of the airframe.

Jessie,
Looking good, very good. You've got a winner here; the paint is excellent and the decals will really enhance that effect.
Final photos much anticipated.
Cheers,
Lance

Okay, that's all of the decals. Now to let everything dry, and then get going on the touching up.

Jessica,
Very nice finish, and definitely one of a kind. You've done wonders with a pretty rough kit, Congrats!
