Maybe it should be a condition that you DON'T buy a kit but make one that you have put off in the stash. I only buy prototypes that interest me, so by default I have about a dozen kits that haven't fitted a campaign but I like the aircraft. Although the Support aircraft campaign might have fitted the 108 I didn't spot it in time to fit it round other campaigns. So do I wait for Support2 or build it for this? Same with my Pfalz, Nieuport, Biff, Lightning, Arado 196, Revell Fokker Dr1 and Camel set.

Andrew,

Actually, that last pair would fit nicely into the Osprey Duel Campaign! We still have four months left on that one.

Not that I'm plugging or anything...

I could certainly be up for this Anything Goes campaign, a shortage of kits that don't fit regular campaigns is not a problem I have. I kinda like Andrew's idea that you have to build something you already have. Unenforceable, of course, but a neat idea. Designing the ribbon could be interesting!

I guess it would have to be an honour thing. Actually I just looked at the Osprey campaign but with the Fighters campaign (Eduard Fokker DVII), Ancient Airfix Assemblers (Biff or Arado 196), VP (Matchbox Halifax), Pioneers (Comet), Nightfighters (see what I can get), an unfinished Gaz starter truck and only 2 evenings a week on a good week I am feeling a bit pressured. The DR1 is no trouble but I suspect the Camel will be (lots of rigging).

I'll have to check what other campaigns I'm signed up for to see if I have the the time and nothing else clashing, but I would like to be on this one. I'm thinking of doing my Azur Martin Baltimore.

Thank you all for enlisting. Less than 6 weeks to the start date to go and already 42 enlistees would be great if everyone managed to finish the builds for this one.
Currently rushed off my feet at home roll on the end of December and hopefully normality and my spare time should return to normal well we can always hope

I am planning to build some P-47s in Mass. Air National Guard markings, c.1949. last night I was researching that subject and stumbled upon this-

Its a TB-25K trainer for use of Hughes E1 fire control radar. Some of these lasted until 1960.
So happens I have a Minicraft B-25 kit. I think this is the perfect campaign for this and an interesting conversion.
There is some excuse for a little color as well.

Hello all:-H ,

count me in!

I do not know with what, but maybe I choose something off the beaten track (Dornier Do-27 or Do-28, Tu-154, An-2 Colt ???). At least I know it will be an aircraft!

Regards,

Sebastian

Howdy Y'all:
I still haven't made a decision. Would a 1:200 Spruce Goose work? I know the smallest scale is 1:144 but the Spruce Goose is one big plane.
Y'all take care,
