Thanks Jesper. I always thought the Hind to be a fearsome looking machine so i'm really interested in your Hind on steroids!

Hello everyone, i am currently working on a Mil mi-28ne Russian attack helicopter. This model isn,t very accurate because zvezda made many mistakes however, it is the best mi-28ne model available.
because of the issues of this model i am going to use parts from zvezda's mil mi-35m since it's the closest thing to the mi-28ne and they share similar parts.
this is soon after i started cutting and removing certain parts for engine interior and modification i will be putting into the model.
here, i was seeing how it might look like.
Im working on constructing a detailed cockpit which is still in progress at the moment.

Great builds going on here guys, I know I have been MIA through much of this, but life has taken priority. I am going to use Antilles (Oliver's) badge for our ribbon. Thanks Oliver! I just have to get it the correct size and we will be good, hopefully I can still complete my model. That is if I find one I can do fast enough.... Will try to be more of a presence here.

In case anyone hadn't noticed yet, the gallery is experiencing issues and admin is aware of it and working on it. I'll try to post when it gets fixed.

Hi Everybody
Been making progress on my Cormorant. Most time I've ever spent on an interior. I found some round windows for the front of each side and modified the fuselage to take the windows. One is not centered properly in the opening but it is as good as I'm going to get it.
The decals in the cockpit went down nicely and bring it alive (to me anyway). I've made more progress since and have both halves of the fuselage and the tail together. Letting it cure tonight and check for seam cleanup tomorrow. So far it is going together with little problems and the fit is mostly good.

This campaign looks like it's going very well with lots of good entries! But, just as a reminder, I don't see a ribbon up there yet.

This helicopter looks nice, especially with the 40k weapons. It looks like its been in use in battle.

Hyder, You are coming along very well with Your kit. You built some some nice detail in. This one will be unique. Like to see more.
Jesper, awesome chopper. This Hind has eaten more than just some steroids, or?

Nice work by everyone here! Not to put too fine a point on it, but there's only a little over a month left to this campaign and still no ribbon. Anyone?

I don't think i have time to finish the mi-28 because progress is moving very slow. Also with this sort of work and the time i have to work on my build, i would be lucky if i finish by the end of the year.

Doug,
You'll find a link to the gallery in the black bar under the blue Aeroscale banner at the top of this page.
You may need to login to the gallery using the same login for here.
From there navigate through Aeroscale > Aeroscale Campaigns > 2015 Aeroscale Campaigns > Rotor RPM is Life!
Then in the top right is the upload photos button. It's kinda hidden away and not as obvious as it could be
From there you can then select multiple pictures to upload and give them a title.
If anything there isn't clear give us a shout
