New tool Bf 109G-6 (1:48)
When Eduard first released a Bf 109G-6 two years ago, it had a few "issues", well now Eduard have gone back to that kit, and this April 2016 sees a release of Bf 109G-6 in 1/48 as a completely new project with 100% of NEW TOOLS.
Launch a new line (1:48)
Eduard already produce, Weekend Editions, Profi Packs, Limited Edition and Royal Class lines for their model kits, but now they are introducing a new line, titled EduArt, which will feature special items.
March see's the release of a couple of old 1/48th favourites in boxing titled "Legion Condor", along with a 1/144 Avia B.534 late series, and a new tool 1/72nd Fw 190A-8 standard wings boxing.
One of Eduard's Februarys releases sees the Academy based 1/48th F-4 Phantom released in its 4th guise, this time concentrating on the F-4J.

Eduard's Bf 109G-6 countdown reaches its climax with the announcement of a video about the wheel well bulges.
In this instalment we meet Martin Lebl - the talented designer behind Eduard's popular Brassin upgrades.
The wing root bulges have been the centre of debate in some quarters, so in one of the final instalments before the kit is launched, Eduard have published reference photos of the Bf 109G-4 (EADS Manching) for comparison.
Having revealed the very impressive standard cockpit. Eduard now take things to the next level in detailing with the Brassin version released to accompany their new Bf 109G-6 - virtually a kit in its own right.
This time Eduard unveil the highly detailed finished cockpit of the ProfiPACK Bf 109G-6 kit, complete with pre-coloured photo-etched parts.
Be it the spinner, the oil cooler, the guns or whatever - the Gustav's nose is always a prime centre of attention for modellers.
Eduard have sent us photos of the highly realistic flexible printed paper seatbelts that will be released as accessories to accompany the new Bf 109G-6 (Note: the standard kit will include full pre-coloured photo-etched harnesses - See T-Minus 12).

Tonight Eduard have sent us a shot of the photo-etched fret to be included with the ProfiPACK Bf 109G-6. This includes highly detailed pre-coloured interior parts along with exterior details.

Today Eduard unveil Sprue I which holds some of the detail parts for the Bf 109G-6 and other versions. Nice touches include the slide moulded hollow exhausts and gun barrels, and what appears to be a subtle stretched effect on the fabric surface:
