Despite going flat-out to get ready for the release of their new 1/48 scale Bf 110E, Eduard have still managed to come up with an impressive selection of new kits, etched sets and masks for next month.

While the colourful Polikarpov I-16 and Albatros D.V Dual Combo are bound to grab the attention, just as exciting is the release of the first of Eduard's new self-adhesive etched sets. These sound very intriguing - look out for a full report on them soon on Aeroscale.

Due to an oversight, the first batch of Eduard's superb new 1/48 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190 A-6 was shipped without instructions for the painting masks and the comprehensive set of stencil decals.

Next month will be a busy one for Eduard, with the first of this summer's new kits appearing. The superb Focke-Wulf 190 series continues with the Fw 190A-6 and modern jet fans have a brand new Mirage 2000D/N, plus there's a new set of Russian figures in 1/48 scale and the usual plethora of new etched sets and masks.

Eduard have a number of exciting new releases for June.

The follow up to their superb Avia B.534 III série comes in the shape of the IV série with an enclosed cockpit.

Meanwhile, fans of classic jets have a Weekend Edition of the Mirage IIIC RF to look forward to and Eduard are bound to make a lot of friends with the release of a new set of 1/48 scale figures - WW2 RAF Pilots (judging from the box-art, we may be able to look forward to some ground-crew too...).

Eduard have been busy again! The big news for most of us is sure to be the release of the first of Eduard's new Avia B.534 series, but there's plenty more to look forward to, with a new boxing of the 1/48 scale Mirage and the usual plethora of etched detail sets.

Eduard have sent us some pictures of their new plastic kits (Me 262B DUAL COMBO, Spad XIII early DUAL COMBO and Roland C.II Weekend Edition). They are available now and you should see them soon on the shelves of your Local Hobby Shop.

Eduard have sent us the list of what they have up their sleeve for February. There are three kits planned - the exciting new 1/72 SPAD XII in a Dual Combo form and the diminutive 1/144 Me 262B. Continuing the successful WEEKEND series comes the Roland C.II.

The big news in the PE ranges surely has to be the major upgrade that Eduard are applying to the Trumpeter Wellington, with new interior and flaps sets hot on the heels of their earlier bomb-bay.

Along with the new kits and PE sets comes the news that the highly anticipated ROYAL CLASS Fw 190A-8 is on track for a March release, so watch out for announcements on the Eduard website, because this kit will undoubtedly sell out very quickly.

Looking through Eduard's plans for 2007 is almost daunting... there are just so many projects! The full list can be found in their January newsletter, but I've picked out some of the highlights that caught my eye.

Obviously, the big news this month must be the release of Eduard's upgraded version of AM's classic 1/48 scale Shturmovik, plus the return of Eduard's own Fw 190 A-8 after the initial production run sold out in record time. But there's masses more exciting stuff among the list of January releases.

Continuing Eduard's highly successful policy of giving a new lease of life to Accurate Miniatures kits, the magnificent 1/48 scale IL-2M Shturmovik has been re-boxed with new features to bring it up to the latest standards.

Following the phenomenal success of their Fw 190 series, it was a safe bet that Eduard would have something special up their sleeve for the anticipated Royal Class version. But few could have guessed how unique this kit would turn out to be!

With the weather turning colder, thoughts turn to projects to while away those long winter evenings ahead. Eduard certainly have plenty of new releases to keep aircraft modellers out of mischief!

The summer is normally considered a fairly quiet time of year in modelling terms, but Eduard's extraordinary output continues unabated, with a bundle of new kits and accessories catering for all interests.

Of course the big news from Eduard this month is that their brand new Polikarpov I-16 is shipping.The first release is the I-16 Type 10 with Soviet VVS markings. A special Spanish edition will follow it as a Dual Combo, with decals for four Republican and four Fascist airctraft. And that will not be the last of the I-16 line, with the Type 24 being prepared for July, and the Type 17, 18, and 29, to follow after that.

Eduard's brand new 1/48 scale Polikarpov I-16 Type 10 is almost ready to ship. The latest word is that the kit will be released on May 1st.

There's plenty for all aircraft modellers in Eduard's April line-up, with a total of four new kit releases this month along with a mass of new etched sets.

Eduard Model Accessories is back again with their usual monthly release of photoetch frets and plastic kits. Hilighting their kits this month is their new Sopwith F.1 Camel RFC in 1/48 scale.
