November sees Eduard re-releasing its 1/48 scale Fw-190 D-9
The release will include pre-coloured photo etched parts, masks and marking options for six aircraft including:
-5./JG 301, Bad Langensalza, Germany, May 1945
-Oblt. Hans Dortenmann, IV./JG 26, 1945
-Stab/JG 4, Frankfurt am Rhein-Main, April 1945
-I./EKG(J) or V./EJG 2, Pilsen, Czechoslovakia, May 1945
-Stab/JG 6, Prag – Rusin, Czechoslovakia, May 1945
-Oblt. Hans Dortenmann, I./JG 26, Spring 1945
There is a slight difference from the original release of this kit as Eduards Vladimir Sulc explains:
"RLM 83 leads us to the first of November’s ProfiPACK kits, the good old 1/48th scale Fw 190D-9. This incarnation of the kit carries no significant changes from the original, and is really just the return of an old favourite into the catalogue. The only difference from the previous releases is the change from RLM 83 in the camouflage schemes, because we would assume that blue would not have been used. But even so, who knows? We will see what opinions arise regarding the last weeks of the Third Reich".
