Special Hobby has posted images of a conversion set including decals to change the Tamiya 1/48 scale P-38 into the photo reconnaissance F-4A-1 Lightning

”For the CMK line, Special Hobby is planning conversion sets of recon noses for the 1/48 P-38 Lighning from Tamiya. The upcoming set 129-4398 F-4A-1 Lightning offers a recon nose, cast clear parts with depressions on the inner side (when painted they resemble cameras), small interior parts and decals. There will be two options: one for USAAF and the other for RAAF.
The pictures show the start of a test build of the recon Lightning. The result should be a RAAF Lightning. In the cockpit we used the instrument panel and pedals from an Eduard set. The fuselage gondola isn't glued together yet and the recon nose is only taped on while we took the pictures.”
