Master Model will be releasing shortly a set of four British Mk 2 Browning .303 caliber barrels. They will fit perfectly the Mosquito from AIRFIX [see photos] and other models in 1:24 scale.
Version with flash hider used mostly as a defensive (flexible) weapon on bombers, except on the Mosquito, where four Browning's with flash hiders was fixed.
Version with flash hider used mostly as a defensive (flexible) weapon on bombers, except on the Mosquito, where four Browning's with flash hiders was fixed.
Set includes two turned brass barrels with slotted cooling jacket. Flash hiders are separate elements, so you can assembly barrels without them. Version without flash hider used mostly as a offensive (fixed) weapon on fighters (Spitfire, Hurricane).
It is very simple to use in your model, and makes it extremely realistic. Simply cut off the original plastic barrel and drill a hole in the remaining plastic parts and insert the metal barrel using Cyanoacrylate adhesives.
There are four barrels included in each set.
Cat no: AM-24-001
Price: TBA
